Pictured above are our pets, Moe and Maisey, engaged in one of their favorite activities – napping! Maisey is a Schnoodle (Schnauzer/Poodle). She was a stray picked up by animal control and later adopted by us. We were very surprised to find such an adorable dog underneath all that mud-caked and dreadlocked hair. She is sweet and sensitive and has been a loyal friend to both the two-legged and four-legged members of our family. She is remarkably active, healthy and fit for her 16 years. She loves walks in the park and "tattling" on Moe when he’s perusing the kitchen counters.

Moe is an orange American Shorthaired tabby, named for Mark's infamous "Morris" who was his constant companion for 14 years. Moe loves to eat bananas and poultry of any kind, including, unfortunately, wild birds. Moe occasionally thinks he’s a dog and has been known to join Maisey and me on our evening walks. As you can see by the photos above, he also has a mischievous side!
